Recommendation: Marshmallow Fondant

This stuff is a dream. It couldn’t be easier to make, rolls out as thin as paper, no problem, and sets up beautifully. If you’re a fan of marshmallows, it also helps to solve one of the biggest complaints against fondant: the flavor. Here’s the recipe I’ve been using.

Oh, and it’s just as good for making fondant figures!
